All orders are shipped on a recorded service with delivery updates. Costs are displayed at checkout but standard delivery to the UK is charged at £4.95 per order.

Yes, tracking is available courtesy of our standard postage option.

We will cover the cost of returning damaged items/orders to us via post and once the items/order has been received by our Team you’ll have the option of receiving either a refund or a replacement item.
Returns and Cancellation
Yes, we promise to refund or exchange any items that are faulty within 30 days from date of delivery.
Please note, the faulty item will be inspected before refund/exchange and a refund may not be issued if the item has been misused in anyway and this has caused the fault.

If you are returning items for a refund because they are faulty we will refund you the price you paid for the item (including delivery charges) and any reasonable postage costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.
Yes, you can. It’s possible to return/exchange items via post or at The Ageas Bowl in person, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please note, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred in the return of items to us, aside from in instances where there has been a picking or manufacturing error in the original order.
However, should you be requesting an exchange we’ll happily cover the cost of shipping any new items to you.
In Person Exchanges/Refunds

Yes, orders may be cancelled up to 14 days after the day on which we deliver your order to you.

Card details are sent directly to our card processing provider, encrypted using their SSL certificate. At no point in the ordering process are credit card details stored by our website.
