Delivery

All in stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days of order on a 48 hour Royal Mail postage service.

All orders are shipped on a recorded service with delivery updates. Costs are displayed at checkout but standard delivery to the UK is charged at £4.95 per order.

We can dispatch items worldwide. Please note, different delivery charges may apply. For costs specific to your country please get in touch via the ‘Contact Us’ option in the menu.

Yes, tracking is available courtesy of our standard postage option.

If you need to contact someone regarding your order please use the ‘Contact Us’ option in the menu or email store@ageasbowl.com.

If your order is damaged upon arrival please let us know via the ‘Contact Us’ option in the menu or on email at store@ageasbowl.com.

We will cover the cost of returning damaged items/orders to us via post and once the items/order has been received by our team you’ll have the option of receiving either a refund or a replacement item.

Returns and Cancellation

Yes, we promise to refund or exchange any items that are faulty within 30 days from date of delivery.

Please note, the faulty item will be inspected before refund/exchange and a refund may not be issued if the item has been misused in anyway and this has caused the fault.

Please contact us at store@ageasbowl.com to organise your return – which can be done via post or at Utilita Bowl in person.

If you are returning items for a refund because they are faulty we will refund you the price you paid for the item (including delivery charges) and any reasonable postage costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Yes, you can. It’s possible to return/exchange items via post or at Utilita Bowl in person, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Postage Exchanges/Refunds

Please note, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred in the return of items to us, aside from in instances where there has been a picking or manufacturing error in the original order.

However, should you be requesting an exchange we’ll happily cover the cost of shipping any new items to you.

In Person Exchanges/Refunds

Items can be returned for a refund or for an exchange in person at Utilita Bowl. We ask you contact store@ageasbowl.com to arrange an in person exchange or refund.

Yes, orders can be cancelled up until they are marked as dispatched. This process can take up to 48 hours but please contact us as soon as possible.

You can view the size chart for New Balance clothing by clicking the size guide button on each product page or in the header.

We accept payments by credit / debit card

Card details are sent directly to our card processing provider, encrypted using their SSL certificate. At no point in the ordering process are credit card details stored by our website.
